A clerk/magistrate hearing sometimes occurs in the district court before formal criminal charges are filed. If successful at this hearing, criminal charges may not go forward. As a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Fisher has represented individuals charged with criminal conduct in the Superior, District and Juvenile courts across the Commonwealth.
